After 20+ successful years in the Northern Neck Area of Virginia, covering both the local Maryland and Virginia areas, I have moved to the Lake Gaston Community. I now live full-time on Poplar Creek in Brunswick County. I absolutely love this area and have decided to bring the same commitment to Lake Gaston HVAC that made B&B HVAC successful.

Pat Borzi founded B&B HVAC in 1997 after a 15-year career in the HVAC field, running successful businesses for others. Today, B&B offers a variety of heating and cooling installation and service options, including heat pumps, air conditioning, gas and oil furnaces, humidifiers, and clean air systems.
