Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMP)

Our preventive maintenance plans are agreements between you and Lake Gaston HVAC for scheduled inspections and maintenances of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

 

PMPs are generally scheduled for the spring and fall to maintain peak efficiency, help keep utility costs as low as possible, extend the life of your HVAC system and avoid unexpected equipment failures.

Energy Consumption
The HVAC system is most likely the single biggest user of energy in your home. In fact, well over a third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings.  According to the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) up to 50% more energy could be saved with the proper installation, sizing and maintenance of central HVAC systems.

PMPs typically more than pay for themselves through higher efficiency, lower utility costs, fewer system breakdowns and discounts on repairs when they do occur.
